Refund policy

At this time, we do not accept returns on any products. However, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, broken, or faulty in any way, we will issue a full refund.

To process your refund, we will require photographic evidence of the damaged or faulty product within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we’ve reviewed the images, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for products that are damaged due to misuse or if the product was delivered in a satisfactory condition.
